1. BTE Heating Aid (Behind The Ear)

1) Hold the ear mold or earplug sound tube part with your thumb and index finger

2) Gently rotate the tip of the ear mold or earplug into the ear canal

3) Then gently press with your index finger to fully place the ear mold or earplugs in place

4) Finally, connect the sound tube to the ear hook of the hearing aid and place it above the auricle behind the ear

5) There will be no annoying howling noise when worn correctly

6) When not in use, first remove the hearing aid from behind the ear and gently pull out the ear mold or earplugs

2. Behind the Ear Heating Aid and RIC Heating Aid:

1) Place the hearing aid behind the ear, with the fine sound tube tightly attached to your head and not protruding outward

2) Pinch the thin sound tube connected to the earplugs and gently push them into your ear canal

3) Place a fixing strip in the ear to place it at the bottom of the ear canal opening

3. Customized hearing aids:

1) Hold the cable with your thumb and index finger, paying attention to the connection being perpendicular to the earlobe (the side with the word always faces in front of the face)

2) Then align the sound outlet at the front of the hearing aid with the direction of the ear canal opening and naturally push it into the ear canal. When pushing, follow the direction of the ear canal and push it in naturally until it cannot retract. If the skin of the ear canal in elderly people is loose and there is significant resistance to pushing in, lubricating oil such as baby oil can be applied to the surface of the hearing aid (to avoid oil flowing into the microphone and bell mouth)

3) There will be no annoying howling noise when worn correctly

4) When removing, mainly hold the cable horizontally and pull it out backwards. Be careful not to pull the battery compartment door, as it may cause damage.
